ONION SEED

Our family has dealt with the production, processing and placement of onion seed for more than 30 years.

The production of seed, that is plots of onion seed crops is located at a location which has exceptionally fertile soil and one of the best climate and microclimate conditions in Europe for this production.

The production of onion seed is one of the most demanding ones in the field of seed cultivation.

The commitment and responsibility with each stage of seed production and processing enables us to achieve excellent results, quality and great placement.

Our knowledge is reflected in a quality final product, primarily in healthy seed of excellent energy and germination, as well as impeccable varietal purity.

The variety which we produce is Stuttgarter Riesen (Allium cepa) which our customers mostly use for the production of onion sets. In the end, the onion of exceptional quality is acquired from these onion sets which is traditionally widespread in our gardens and yards, the so called “scones“ (flat shape onion).

The seed comes out from our company declared with a phytosanitary and approbatory certificate which is issued by internationally acclaimed and accredited laboratories and institutions in accordance with the law and international seed regulations.
